Stepper motors can be used to achieve equidistant feeding in lithium battery cold pressing equipment:

Principle: By setting the number of pulses to control the position, that is, during the operation of the motor, how many pulses we give it, it will rotate how many positions, and drive the product on the conveyor belt to go how many positions.

Requirements: The prepared materials are uniformly and neatly transported to the operating table through the incoming conveyor belt, and then the incoming materials are sent to the side cold pressing equipment by the fixture for condensing compression.

Scheme: Stepper motor + synchronous wheel + synchronous belt.
