CCD Automatic Exposure Alignment Machine:
The traditional manual exposure machine relies on manual alignment of the film and substrate, with an accuracy of approximately 100 micrometers. Repetitive positioning is done visually, which places a significant labor burden, especially since younger individuals are reluctant to take on this task. Due to the demand for high-precision and high-speed processes, there is a need to enhance the core competitiveness of exposure machines. By utilizing the motion of the alignment platform, the template and film are aligned, ideally resulting in complete overlap between the center of the circular target on the film and the concentric circular target on the PCB, effectively achieving alignment where the two centers coincide.
