Next, we come up with the corresponding data. Required torque (T), which is calculated by the sum of the load torque caused by friction impedance and the acceleration torque caused by moment of inertia multiplied by the safety factor:



Required torque T= (load torque [N.m]+ acceleration torque [N.m]) * Safety factor


The calculation formula is T= (tL+ ta) *S (Note: safety factor S is greater than 1.5).
