Stepper motor with feedback

Stepper motor as an executive component itself does not have a feedback function, once the motor does not follow the instruction stroke can not be found, thus, in the use of the process we often need to monitor, correct, to achieve the so-called closed loop. At present, the more popular practice is to add an encoder to the motor or embed a detection program in the stepper drive.

The traditional stepper motor system with feedback sends instructions from the host computer, and then reaches the motor through the closed-loop drive, and the encoder feeds the collected data through the drive to the host computer, so as to be corrected. As shown in the picture:
